WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive shipping information with the tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@bobweaver.art. 

We are committed to our customers.  We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If your art is damaged or misprinted, email a picture of the problem to support@bobweaver.art and we will immediately begin the process of printing you a replacement. 

If you wish to return your purchase, please send your undamaged product in its original packaging to:

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

Most U.S. orders are shipped via Fedex and UPS, some are shipping with a regional carrier.  Most prints are shipped Priority Mail.
